Shipping

Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed. USPS will be used unless otherwise requested. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns

Returns must be made within 7 days of the of receipt date and must include an authorization form and label issued by our Customer Service Department. Products must be in original packaging and in resell condition, unused with labels. Custom decorated products and samples cannot be returned.

Returns Due to Customer Error

A 25% restocking fee will apply.

Damaged Items

Call Customer Service at 443-570-1358 within 3 days of receipt to report any damage. You must also call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.

Shipment Refusals

Please arrange to be available to accept your shipments. If an order is returned to MAJOR SHADE COSMETICS because it was refused or no one was available to receive it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee. If the order is re-shipped, freight charges will be applied. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear.
